Featured Recipe: Salsa Burgers

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp. Dei Fratelli Original Medium Salsa
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Monterey jack cheese
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste

Preparation: Preheat outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil grate. Form ground beef into 4 individual patties. Grill patties over high heat for 2–4 minutes, then flip. Top cooked side of each patty with 1 tablespoon Dei Fratelli Salsa and one slice of cheddar and monterey jack cheese. Add hot sauce as desired. Grill for 2–4 more minutes.
