German Skillet

Ingredients:
  • 1 jar 32oz. Silver Fleece Sauerkraut (do not drain)
  • 2 3 cup White rice, uncooked
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb, Ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 jar 8 oz. Dei Fratelli Tomato Sauce

Preparation:
Brown the meat. Then, layer in following order. Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with rice then onion, meat, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
