Italian-Style Swiss Steak

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. Round steak
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ cup Celery
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 14.5 oz. can Dei Fratelli Stewed Tomatoes
Preparation:
Cut meat into serving portions. In a separate bowl mix salt, pepper and flour together. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in a small amount of oil. Place in a shallow baking dish then add remaining ingredients. Cover with foil or tight-fitting lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 ½ hours.
