| Preparation: Boil macaroni in quart-size pot. Brown beef. Saute onion, green pepper and butter on low heat until vegetables are soft. Mix beef, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, salt, oregano and the one cup water reserved from cooking the macaroni then bring to a boil. Add macaroni and serve. Serves 6 |
